We at Camp Connect are committed to protecting your privacy.
We are an Australian-based technology company, providing developed software products and services to domestic and international customers (our clients). We develop specialised health and safety, communication, human resources and emergency and software applications to address problems and critical risks relating to unique work environments. Our software is utilised by way of an application to be used on mobile devices and the web for increased accessibility.
Our platform offers our employer clients an content management platform available through its website and accessible on desktop and tablet devices (Platform). Using our Platform, our employer clients modify content, sent communications, add users, add events, review analytics, and mostly create engaging experiences with their workers.
We may give our staff and third-party business partners access to your personal data for the purpose of delivering our software products to you or our clients in Australia or overseas. We will require our clients to comply with this policy, as we will.

Indirectly from Your Employer
When your employer uses our services, your employer may provide your information to us on your behalf, for example when they register you as a user of our services or contact our support team for issues relating to your account. We may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and employment related information. Where we receive personal information about you from your employer, we require that your employer has provided you with the information set out in this Privacy Policy, has collected and disclosed that information with your knowledge or consent and ensure you have not objected to our processing of your personal information.
Employment
If you are an Co Connect App employee or a prospective employee of Co Connect App, we may collect personal information directly from you or indirectly from recruitment agencies, your referees or past employers as part of the recruitment process and human resources management. This may include name, address, phone number, employment history and experience and other employment related information. If you are an employee, we may also collect sensitive information about you and you consent to us collecting this information. This may include health information or racial or ethnic origin.

Corporate Events
If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by Co Connect App on the Website and the Platform.
